I just wanted to say, bravo and thank you for posting those pictures. I'm intrigued by the Sarko phenomenon...he likes to portray himself as a phenomenon. As a Black woman who experienced overt racism in Paris, I know that tensions can run hot. But I know it is not everyone. I also know that Sarkozy is trying to do a lot, and I hope his vision affects the world positively. I'll keep following your blog too.

    but what is the CFTC?
Apart de cela I think the campaign is a way of making fun of Sarko
and in no way expressing any jealousy of America as suggested by the NYM. Noone is jealous of America living in Paris.

I am entranced by your blog! (Look, I like exclamation marks, too!) You have a great eye for the unusual and you make the most of Paris by going to all the crazy shows. The Christmas canopy looks magical and the Champ d'Elysees has never been so charming!
Poor McCain supporters. I guess no one remembered to wake them up and tell them it was over.
Netanyah-Obama, Sark-Obama, please! Don't they know that by knocking off Obama they are proving they are not anything like him?
I love how the fact that your from Luxembourg didn't keep Anonymous from taking a dig at America. Maybe the Republicans weren't so stupid for "Freedom Fries"!

They have always been very good about getting the word out. Even if not everyone agrees with them they are effect in making people think.

I am Cedric, discoverer of things that would go unnoticed in the streets of Paris, historic haven of fashionistas and city of lights ('lights' as in 'enlightenment', not street lights).
But seriously: I'm an expat from Luxembourg (the country, not the garden), living in the center of Paris (hence 'Paris 2nd arrondissement'), and currenlty studying architectural history...
